About Me
With more than 30 years of experience at a Fortune 500 technology company, I’ve worked across business operations, human resources, and professional coaching—supporting people at every stage of their careers. Along the way, I’ve seen firsthand what helps professionals grow, gain confidence, and move forward—and what can leave them feeling stuck or uncertain about their next step.
After retiring in 2024, I turned my long-standing passion for mentoring and development into LGW Career Coaching. I created this program specifically for emerging professionals who want clarity, direction, and confidence as they navigate important career decisions.
My coaching blends real-world business insight with practical tools, structured planning, and personalized support.
